Hello, my name is Ed Taylor and in a few weeks I'll be
turning 55. I'm from New Zealand but I moved to Phoenix AZ in the beginning of
2001. I've been making art for as long as I can remember but in 2010 I
completed two paintings that I think carry my deepest messages and I dream of
seeing them on public display, side by side and nicely framed. These two
paintings are BIG and no photographs can replicate the real work. But I did
send photos of them to the Phoenix Art Museum and now those photos have become
part of the permanent archives at the Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC.
